Soprano Riley Musi from Boston, MA, is an incoming senior at Northwestern’s Bienen School of Music. At Northwestern, Musi is pursuing a double major in Vocal Performance and Psychology.
At Northwestern, Musi serves as Co-President of Marketing and PR for OPUS, the university's undergraduate opera company. As a board member, she has been involved in casting, programming, and set production on The Pirates of Penzance, Orpheus in the Underworld, Il Signor Bruschino, and an operatic scenes program. She also serves as President of Fundraising and Events for Northwestern's Kappa Delta chapter, where she has led multiple fundraising events for Prevent Child Abuse America and The Girl Scouts in addition to her duties in large-scale event production.
As a performer, Musi has appeared with Northwestern Opera Theater, OPUS, the Queens Summer Vocal Institute, Opera al Mare, and La Musica Lirica. Recent roles include Eurydice in Orpheus and the Underworld, Cis in Albert Herring, and A Voice in La Rondine.
